Needle Manufacturer Focuses on Long Endoscopic Devices
NeedleTech Products, Inc. has announced the successful expansion of its manufacturing facility for long endoscopic devices. In order to accommodate long endoscopic devices, which measure between one- to eight-feet long, the company has developed customized grinding, finishing, cleaning and insert molding equipment. Specialized jigs and fixtures, along with proprietary production processes have also been established to enable proper handling of these extra-long products. Endoscopic Device materials commonly include plastic extrusions, stainless steel tubing and Nitinol wires.
