DATARecorder Complements Herrmann Ultrasonics’ DIALOG System.

DATARecorder was created to meet customer’s data management and communication requirements. The software is loaded onto a stand alone computer and serves as a central location to network up to 16 separate DIALOG systems. Up to 40 different weld parameters are collected and recorded for each weld cycle. DATARecorder then caluculates mean values, standard deviation, process centeredness (Cp) and process capability index (Cpk).  Users can also choose to seamlessly import this weld process data into their own spreadsheets or statistical process control (SPC) software.
