Bond Dissimilar Substrates in Seconds

Bonding two or more substrates in catheter manufacturing can be a  
challenge.  DYMAX UV curable catheter adhesive, 209-CTH, is designed  
for rapid bonding of a wide variety of substrates including  
polycarbonate, Nylon, PET, acrylic, PEBAX and stainless steel. The  
bonding options for multiple substrates are limited and usually  
require the use of multiple adhesives or assembly methods, but 209-CTH  
is designed to provide a single solution for all these combinations.  
DYMAX MD 209-CTH is solvent-free and cures in seconds upon exposure to  
UV/visible light to enable faster processing, greater output and lower  
assembly costs.
